(1) Any person who knows that a crime related to the accusation of witchcraft has occurred, is occurring or is about to occur in any place, should reveal the details of the same and give a written public application or verbal notification to the nearest police office as soon as possible.
(2) According to sub-section (1), if someone brings a written complaint application, immediately and verbally, the police office shall register his matter as a written application and his signature.
(3) If an application or information is received according to sub-section (1), the police office shall arrest or apprehend the perpetrator within twenty-four hours and conduct investigation and investigation in accordance with the prevailing law.
